  • Where is the departure point in Spalding?
    The coach will always depart from Bay 8, Spalding Bus Station, Winfrey Avenue, PE11 1DA
  • Where can I park in Spalding?
    There is parking at the actual bus station, at the moment it is £3 all day. If you are going on a later event, then it will be cheaper. You only have to pay until 6pm
  • Can I pay a deposit for a day trip and pay the outstanding balance at a later date?
    All day trips need to be paid in full when the booking is made. We cannot hold places without payment
  • I have booked an event online via the website, but I haven't received any confirmation
    When you make the booking there are two automated emails sent out straight away from lorraine@hallamtravel.co.uk. If you think you haven't received these please check your junk/spam/trash folders
  • When do I receive my tickets?
    Tickets are always handed to you on the day of travel
  • What time does the coach leave Spalding for my event?
    If you booked online this information will be on your confirmation email. If you booked over the phone the information will have been posted out to you and will be attached to receipt. The departure times of each event are also on the relevant pages on the website
  • I have tested positive for Covid, can I have a refund or transfer to a later event?
    If you test positive for Covid, our normal cancellation policy still applies. There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges unless we can resell your tickets. Please click here for the full terms and conditions that you agreed to when making the booking
  • Can I leave my belongings on the coach?
    Yes you can, but they are left at your own risk. If the driver leaves the coach, the coach will be locked
  • I can no longer attend the event that I have booked, what should I do?
    If the event is not imminent then please send us an email requesting to sell your places for you. We will then put your places back on sale for you and a refund will be given if we manage to sell them, minus the £5 per ticket admin fee.

    If your event is within the next few days please ring first so that we can get them back on sale for you quickly, followed by an email.
  • My friend/family member has booked a ticket for me, can I have the information sent to me?
    If the friend booked online they will need to let you have their confirmation email. If they booked over the phone, they will need to let you have the posted receipt
  • Can I reserve a seat near the front of the coach?
    We do not reserve seats on the coach. If you require a specific seat it is up to you to arrive early enough to be near the front of the queue. Once you have your seat, that is yours for the day.
